What An LLC Statement Of Information Is And Why You Need One

No matter which state your Limited Liability Company is located in, you will need to file documentation with the Secretary of State to establish your company and keep it legally compliant. A Statement of Information is one of the standard reporting requirements that many LLCs across the United States must adhere to. A state may require a Statement of Information as an “Initial Report,” due shortly after registering a business. Moreover, many states mandate LLCs to submit a Statement of Information (also sometimes called an “Annual Report”) each year, every other year, or on some different ongoing schedule.

AllBusiness. comThe way I see it, for an online marketing campaign to be successful, there are two main components you need to master: making your business more visible in order to get more traffic, then converting that traffic into leads with the right landing page or offer. But web leads don’t translate to instant revenue; instead, most businesses collect web leads and then pass them off to a sales staff, whose job is to evaluate those leads and “close” them, ultimately resulting in a sale. In this way, closing is the “missing piece” of the puzzle—it’s often a separate, off-line component from the online marketing strategy.
